FEES AND DEADLINES

In order to be enrolled in the event, your application must be submitted in full.  Acceptance is not official until written confirmation is received from the camp office.  The application should include ALL of the following:

  1. Registration form
  2. Transportation form
  3. Signed Health and Safety form
  4. Payment in full by check

Applications postmarked or received by fax on or before December 17th ……………………………$300

Applications postmarked or received by fax from December 18th-January 7th …………………$375

No application will be received after January 7th, 2008—NO EXCEPTIONS

 

***Participants flying to the event receive a $50 travel discount****

Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis and space is limited.

Cancellation Policy

The parent/guardian should contact Ari Vared immediately in order to discuss any refunds and cancellations.  In the case of a cancellation, 75% of the application fee will be refunded prior to January 7, 2008; there will be no refund given after that date.
